DOYUM — PROFESSIONAL TERMS

These terms apply to you if Doyum has marked your account as a verified
professional. They are in addition to the Doyum Terms of Service, not instead of
them.

1. WHAT VERIFICATION MEANS
Doyum checks a public professional register and records what it checked, when,
and by whom. Verification is not an endorsement, a qualification, or a warranty
by Doyum that your advice is correct. It records only that, on the date shown, a
register named you.

2. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You confirm that you hold the credential you claimed, in the jurisdiction you
claimed it, and that it is current. You will tell Doyum promptly if it lapses,
is suspended, or is withdrawn. You will practise within the limits of your
qualification and the law where your client is located.

3. THE CLIENT'S DATA IS THE CLIENT'S
A client grants you scoped, time-bounded access to parts of their own record.
That access is a permission, not a transfer. You may not copy, export, retain
or reuse a client's data beyond what that grant allows and beyond the period it
covers. When a client revokes access or leaves a group, your access ends
immediately.

Doyum is NOT your clinical record system. If your profession requires you to
keep records, keep them in your own system, under your own retention rules.
Doyum's copies expire on Doyum's schedule, which is shorter.

4. NO EMERGENCY SERVICE
Doyum is not for emergencies. If a client needs urgent help, direct them to
local emergency services. Messages in Doyum may not be read promptly.

5. NO MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS THROUGH DOYUM
Doyum's estimates, summaries and any AI-generated suggestions are informational.
Anything a client sees as coming from you is your professional responsibility.
AI-drafted content is presented to you as a draft and is not shown to a client
unless you send it.

6. SUSPENSION
Doyum may remove professional status at any time, including if a credential
lapses, a register no longer lists you, or a client reports harm. Your ordinary
Doyum account is unaffected, and your clients' own data is never deleted because
your status changed.

7. NO PARTNERSHIP
You are not an employee, agent or partner of Doyum, and Doyum is not a party to
your relationship with your client.

8. GOVERNING LANGUAGE
English is the sole official text of these terms. Translations are provided for
convenience only.
