DOYUM — SHARING YOUR RECORD WITH A PROFESSIONAL Version 2026-08-19 This is what you are agreeing to when you share part of your Doyum record with a professional. You are agreeing with THEM; Doyum records that you did. 1. YOU CHOOSE WHAT THEY SEE You pick which parts of your record they may read. Anything you do not pick, they do not see. Joining their group on its own shares nothing at all — this permission is the act of sharing. 2. YOU CHOOSE HOW FAR BACK By default they see only from the moment you agree onwards. If you choose to include earlier history, you choose how far back it goes. 3. YOU CAN STOP AT ANY TIME You can withdraw this permission whenever you like, without giving a reason. Their access ends immediately — not at the end of a period, and not when they acknowledge it. Leaving the group ends it too. 4. WHAT THEY MAY DO WITH IT They may read what you shared in order to advise you. They may keep their own professional notes about you, which are theirs, not part of your Doyum record. They may not pass what they see to anyone else through Doyum. 5. WHAT OTHER PEOPLE IN THE GROUP SEE Other members of a group never see your meals, weight, health conditions or any part of your record. Sharing is between you and the professional only. 6. WHAT DOYUM KEEPS Doyum keeps a record that you gave this permission, and later that you withdrew it, so that both of you can prove what was agreed. Doyum also records when the professional opened your shared data. These records are kept after the relationship ends; see the Privacy Policy for how long. 7. THIS IS NOT MEDICAL CARE Doyum is not a medical service and is not for emergencies. Advice you receive through Doyum is the professional's, not Doyum's. 8. GOVERNING LANGUAGE English is the sole official text of this document. Translations are provided for convenience only.
