Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Doyum account and all data associated with it at any time.
Open the Doyum app and go to Profile.
Open Settings and choose Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account is hidden immediately and permanently erased after 30 days — sign back in within 30 days to restore it.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your profile, meal logs and photos, weight and water history, posts, comments, and messages. Your account is hidden immediately; for 30 days you can restore it by signing back in, and after 30 days everything is permanently erased and cannot be recovered. Active subscriptions are managed separately by the App Store or Google Play — cancel there to stop billing. Consent and legal records we are required to retain are kept only as long as the law requires, and meal photos you contributed to food-recognition training under an active consent may be retained in a de-identified form.
